Velthec VM27 is a motorised Venetian blind integrated within 27-mm insulating glass, which is equipped with a long-life brushless motor. The Venetian blind is lifted and tilted by means of a brushless gearmotor with incorporated sensors, which is housed inside the head rail and controlled by a dedicated drive system, which works in self-learning to acquire the blind mapping, starting from its zero point. The latter, which is the absolute reference element for the Venetian blind movements, is determined by the sensor that feels the passage of the bottom rail via a magnet fitted inside the latter's side caps. The system allows the compensation of possible length variations of the lifting cords, thus making sure that the virtual end stops are kept unchanged with time.

• Its clever electronics allows control of position and mapping of absorption in the diverse positions of the Venetian blind, so as to ensure constant speed and detection of possible variations inside the insulating glass
• The speed of several blinds is synchronised and the motor speed is double: slow for tilting and fast for accurate positioning
